stuff

Fancy title huh!

We literally call this concoction “stuff”.  It is extremely versatile and oh so good.

If I have zucchini or mushrooms I will add them too.

Brown hamburger (about a pound) with some garlic and/or minced onion.

Cook pasta.  I cooked the whole box, I made a double batch, and still had plenty to set aside for another meal.

For a single dishes worth use 1 can of each of the ingredients and then a cup or two of pasta (measured before it’s cooked).   You know I always just eyeball it.

Then mix everything together, except cheese.

I sprinkled some italian seasoning and a few dashes of garlic salt.  Season to taste.

Spread into a casserole dish and cover with cheese.

Bake at 350 until cheese is melted to perfection and enjoy!
