Even though I wish with every fiber of my being that we had grass, or the time/money it will take to create a lawn, I still dig our backyard, especially on a cloudy day
I love our trees.
From a sunny, rainy day.
Playing in the rain is so much fun!
I adore it when they are sweet to each other.
I love my sister!
This is the volume knob on the headphones in the library. All I see is a happy monkey.
This is what I look like when I accidentally lock myself out of my house, but am lucky enough to have my phone to call hubby, and to amuse myself with by taking photos until hubby saves me.
This is what confused wuppy looks like, when she just wants me to come in already and pet her.
This is a real, live caterpillar that looks like bird poop. It turns into a Swallowtail butterfly.
An instagram collage.
Some lovely butterflies at the Desert Museum. I want to get that kind of milkweed in our front yard. It was COVERED with these beauties.
Until next time
One of Ami’s creations with the word board I made. I hadn’t expected them to draw with the magnets, but am thrilled they do! They all do it, but Ami does it the most often. It makes me smile every time I walk past and see another creation.
I love that man!
Sandy and Donny are all grown up.
This is from this summer. We got to have lunch with one of our favorite people! We love you, Burr!
Awesome $15 thrift store find! It is heavy duty and they all rock it!
Even the biggest kid!
A rare moment of affection from this summer. They are usually too busy bickering, to hug each other. They were waiting for their Hip Hop class to start. They love that class!
I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!
I have been super busy and have all sorts of ideas to keep me even busier. Oi!
We hadn’t seen him in over a year. To say we missed him would be an understatement.
Keegan came by for a visit a few hours a day for 3 days. We had a ton of fun.
Jeremia showed Keeg some drawings.
Jeremia told me that Conrad’s eye was turning orange. I was confused and kept saying “orange?”. I called C in from the other room and he was sporting an orange eye, Keeg had made him. It was pretty funny.
We played some Just Dance on the Wii.
It was too precious for words.
The next day Keegan came back over and they all played with skateboards, taking turns with Keeg’s awesome long-board. Now they all want long-boards for Christmas.
And then just like that it was time for Keeg to go back to Phoenix.
We love you and loved our visit and can’t wait for you to come back Keegie!
